Lower infant mortality rate, combat AIDS, malaria, and “forgotten” diseases, make new technology widely available: these are several of the United Nation’s objectives in bettering health conditions throughout the world. The Foundation has since taken these objectives and made them its own, dedicating itself to working on the Island of Pemba.
